Meet Dr. Coleman
Expert guidance and compassionate care
Dr. Coleman is the founder of Coleman Child Psychology, PLLC. She is a compassionate Licensed Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in neurodiversity, learning, mood, and behavioral challenges. Her expertise is in developmental support and treatment of children and adolescents.

Dr. Coleman holds dual BAs in Psychology and Spanish from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked as an educator, school psychologist, senior psychologist in child and adolescent psychiatric units, and private practice practitioner. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based methodology and tailored to the unique challenges and strengths of each of her young clients.

When she is off duty, Dr. Coleman enjoys spending time with her three boys and finds inspiration in life's everyday moments and the beauty of nature. Her genuine enjoyment of working with children and teens infuses her therapeutic relationships with authentic warmth.
